Water’s Edge Shoreside Suites (“Shoreside Suites”) Management and our staff welcome you to our beautiful hotel. Management and Staff have implemented Federal, Provincial and Municipal guidelines to minimize the spread of COVID -19 while staying with us. During your stay at Shoreside Suites, ALL guests are expected to comply with ALL of the extensive COVID-19 prevention guidelines that have been put in place by government authorities, Shoreside Suites Management and Staff. Guests are expected to observe proper social distancing protocols, wear facemasks when appropriate or otherwise advised, and respect the wishes of other guests and locals when interacting with the many wonderful people in our area.
On behalf of the guests included in my reservation at Shoreside Suites, I/we accept that the Province of British Columbia's guidelines on COVID-19. By traveling to Shoreside Suites, the guests in my party and I are fully aware of and accept the inherent risks involved with travel to destinations where I/we might interact with others who have been exposed to or themselves carry the virus that causes COVID-19. These risks include contact with others who might be traveling from locations in which a state of emergency exists independently of British Columbia, and where the exposure risk is higher, and perhaps substantially higher, than the risk of choosing not to travel to Ucluelet, British Columbia.
As such, I/we will not hold liable Shoreside Management Corporation, its Management, Staff and contractors, the WE Owners Society, Rental Pool and individual Owners whom are members of the WE Owners Society, for any COVID-19 related event I/we might experience during my/our stay at Shoreside Suites.
